 Please tell me how I can wear a 1950's swing dress without looking like I stepped out of a time machine? I want the vintage/modern look. Bought the dress, and have no clue how to wear it!

Think Prada style! Just wear contemporary accessories, and that will put you in
your own time frame.....antique clothing is best as a combination to your
existing look, not a replacement. Try mixing your dress with a pair of trendy flats from Mark Jacobs, wear a vintage skirt with a cool
t-shirt, or a 40's blouse with a pair of sexy jeans... you'll make your own
statement.
