Question : Can I cancel a Shop Subscription?
Answer : Yes, however you must cancel your subscription at least 30 days prior to the end of your current subscription period. If you decide to cancel your subscription, cancellation will go into effect at the end of your present billing cycle. No pro-rated (partial) refunds can be given.
