Question : What items am I NOT able to post in my shop?
Answer : There are some things that you may not list on FASHIONDIG under any circumstances. These include:
a) Any item that is vulgar, obscene, shows nudity or is otherwise objectionable.
b) Any animal items that are subject to regulations or laws for the protection of animals, including endangered species * and domesticated animals, as well as any products made from or including any parts of an animal protected by law or regulation.
* Do not list leopard, ocelot, sea otter and monkey fur items or any other fur that's currently considered endangered or threatened. In general, IT IS ILLEGAL TO BUY OR SELL GARMENTS MADE FROM ENDANGERED SPECIES, EVEN IF THEY ARE OLD AND USED. If you are not sure if your garment is made from furbearing animals now considered endangered, contact the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at www.fws.gov.
