Question : The package and contents of an item I ordered was received damaged. What should I do?
Answer : Notify us by e-mail immediately at with your name and address, telephone number, FASHIONDIG order number and description of damaged item. We will file a claim with the shipper requesting a refund for the cost of the item. YOU MUST KEEP THE DAMAGED ITEM AND PACKAGING MATERIALS IN YOUR POSSESSION UNTIL WE NOTIFY YOU OF THE NEXT PROCEDURE IN THE CLAIM.
