Question : I already have a registered domain name and I'd like to have it redirected to my FASHIONDIG shop whenever someone types it into the browser. How do I do that?
Answer : There are two ways to redirect/point your domain name to your FASHIONDIG shop.
1. Check with your domain registrar and see if they have a domain forwarding service. If so, follow their online instructions and enter the direct link to your FASHIONDIG Shop in the space where they request the domain to be forwarded. If they do not offer this service then follow the procedures in this next option.
2. Provide your domain registrar with the following DNS and Technical Contact information.
Name server 1: NS1.OBJECTCULTURE.COM
Name server 2: NS2.OBJECTCULTURE.COM
Technical Contact NIC Handle: BB7078
Contact us after you have submitted the information and we will configure the FASHIONDIG servers to redirect your domain name to your shop page. Please provide your FASHIONDIG Shop Name and your registered Domain Name in your message. There is a one-time setup fee of $25 for this service from FASHIONDIG. The redirect usually occurs within 48-72 hours of the setup. The $25 setup fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
