You will be required to provide FASHIONDIG with certain registration information. You agree and represent that all registration information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date. If any of your registration information changes, you must update it by visiting http://www.fashiondig.com/membership/. Your right to use fashiondig.com is personal to you - you may not authorize others to use fashiondig.com and you are responsible for all use by you and those you allow to use fashiondig.com.

FEES AND PAYMENTS (FOR ADVERTISER'S ONLY.)

FASHIONDIG will charge you fees for access to the Featured Links section in the FASHIONDIG Links Directory. You agree to pay all fees and charges, including applicable taxes, incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred. If you submit your credit card information to FASHIONDIG upon registration or otherwise, you give FASHIONDIG permission to charge all Fees incurred through your account to the credit card you designate on the Registration Form. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or your payment is returned to FASHIONDIG for any reason, including charge back, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your account and all its obligations under this Agreement.
