Hello Fashion Diggers!
Season Two of AMC's Mad Men is finally here! The Golden
Globe®-winning series for Best TV drama and actor is much-acclaimed for its
scandalous plotlines, timeframe trivia, and (of course) the 1962-period
fashion! Orlando Vintage
Clothing Company is proud to announce our involvement in costuming this
award-winning show!
Sunday's season premiere showcased many of Orlando Vintage's men's suits, like
the stylish blue suit on Pete Campbell (Vincent Kartheiser). Also, Joan's
argument by the Xerox machine was with Draper's new secretary, who just
happened to be wearing our two-piece olive and blue plaid outfit. Remember the
scene where Don Draper (Jon Hamm) forcibly took the man's hat off in the
elevator? The stylish woman standing front and center was wearing our very own
scrumptious pumpkin orange circular coat with a mink collar and oversized,
black buttons. And that's just the beginning, as we have supplied women's
office wear, designer dresses, children's clothing, shoes, cufflinks, and even
lingerie!
Be sure to catch episode two (08/03/08) for eyefuls of former Fashion Dig
goodies like this adorable rose-print school girl dress with peter pan collar
on Peggy Olson (Elisabeth Moss). Not to mention, our shimmery paisley dress
with jacket and a designer Mollie Parnis two-piece outfit that we spotted in
the trailers! Shop with the stars on FashionDig.com, and check out the
Orlando
Vintage listings for styles worthy of Hollywood!
