| Description: This is one of our sophisti-funkier pieces acquired from Hilda Weiss' clothing estate. The silk woven fabric is much lighter than it looks. If you take the time to study the pattern, you will see that the background is tan and purple stripes. The overall view of the pattern reveals rows of ovals and squares alternating diagonally. The pattern within these shapes is tan and black diamonds with purple outlines. The minor differences in size indicate that this complex pattern was immaculately woven by hand. The bust area of the dress is a taupe light polyester. The dress and jacket both have a 15'' zipper that opens in the back. The border of the collar and hems are purple petal-shaped, and the sophisticate is topped off with a little funk of fringe at the ends. |

Bust: 36''...Waist: 28''...Hips: 42''.... Full length of dress 54 inches with fringe at bottom. Jacket sleeves 22 inches to hem, 24 inches with fringe.
