| Description: This authentic navy blue petticoat originated in the elegant city of Paris circa 1890s. It is made of stunning silk satin from top to bottom with a sturdy navy blue linen lining. The bottom of the petticoat is comprised of five tiers of gorgeous silk satin and two different designs of white lace trim. The waist is designed to be fastened by a drawstring, however one end of the string needs to be replaced. If worn under a skirt, the weighty fabric of the lacey tiers are sure to provide full shape and great movement. On the other hand, this petticoat has such lovely details it would definitely pass for a skirt by itself! |
