|
| Description: Anne Klein is famous for putting women's sportswear on the fashion map. She died in 1974, and Donna Karan took over the design aspect of the company. Considering this jacket is circa 80s, it was probably designed by herself or her assistant designer Isabel Toledo. This jacket was owned by Donna Karan's late mother-in-law Hilda Weiss. The winter wonder item can be worn over almost anything! There are four pockets on the front, the hip pockets are considerably large for carrying items 'sans handbag'. Three leather straps and metal slide buckles close the jacket and it can be cinched with a leather cord. There is only the designer label, and based on our experience with fabrics we believe the jacket is a wool mohair blend. There is undeniable appeal in the rich maroon color of the wool and leather. The great thing about Anne Klein designs is that they are quality material with high-end style, and are still casual enough for everyday wear. |
| Measurements:
The exact measurements are 50'' across. The sleeve openings are 10'' in diameter. For a true 80s fit sizes 6-10 work best, but this jacket easily fits sizes 12-16.
