| Description: This finely tailored woven wool camel, blue and grey suit was designed by Shannon Rodgers and Jerry Silverman. They were known for taking Paris designs and making adaptions especially those from Balenciaga. The form fitting bodice has bust darts and 2 pockets in the front. Outlining the pockets and opening of the jacket is a band of trim. The back has a 5'' slit by the hem's center to allow for greater comfort. Small shoulder pads have been placed in the shoulders. Each sleeve has 2 stunning gold metal with ivory enameled buttons that are circular in shape. Right before it on the sleeve, the ends have been sewn to turn in and create a pleat. The A line skirt ihas a vertical woven wool band going down the front of the center which compliments the trim on the opening of the jacket and neckline beautifully. The skirt has a hidden zipper in the back with a metal clip enclosure that is an upscale version of a hook and eye at the waist. The suit is fully lined and in mint condition. |
