| Description: This stunning 40's wool suit is all about details. A soft shawl collar is featured with the bodice area having two fabric flaps that play a bit on the look of a cowboy shirt. A seam starts from the interior side of this flap and descends to the 2 fabric trimmed pockets that arch to the hem. Finishing off this unusual look are 3 box pleats ascending from each pocket. The pockets slightly open at the top. The shoulders are padded, and the sleeves are beautifully cuffed. The A-line skirt has a fabric waist band and quiet darts descend from it. The back of the hem is finished with an inverted kick pleat. The skirt closes with a zipper and brown button that matches the buttons in the jacket. The fabric is a soft brown with subtle flecks of white running through it. All the button holes in this suit are bound, and the jacket and skirt are fully lined. This fabulous suit's label reads FREISS ORIGINAL. |
