| Description: Perching upon a heavy brass chain rests a too die for enamel floral pendant from the late 30's. The pendant plays on the use of postive and negative space between the flowers, stems and leaves. Resting in the center is a floral branch of faux white pearls which are surrounded by green enamel leaves and two red blossoms. These two flowers are finished in red enamel with beautiful streaks of burgundy. In the center are brass floral filaments coming out of them. The higher flower's has 5 filaments with 4 of them having extremely small white rhinestones are their top ( the filament closest to the pearls is missing one), and the other red flower is missing all three. These would not be noticed by others and takes not take away from the beauty of the pendant. The price listed does reflect this minor flaw. The brass of the chain and metal shows its age and purposely has not be touched to keep its vintage charm. |
