| Description: Layers of netting are rutched and embellished with circular designs of black glitter and a hint of white. Sewn throughout this eye turning hat are black geometric leafs to add more depth and sparkle. The netting completely covers the hat than forms a veil for the front. The veil section is adorned with 3 white pearls and black specks (I believe velvet or velveteen). There are also 3 holes; I would turn this section inward towards the brim for a rutching effect. Price reflects this flaw; orignial tag is still on the hat with a label marked Steiger's. |
