Sitting between two winged lapels is a metal zipper. The four pockets have openings that arc inward for an usual detailing (see photo). A striped elastic vinyl belt in hues of white, red, yellow, navy and light blue with red buckle and accents gives the outfit that final oomph. Please note there is no elastic at the waist. |
